Hazelnut Milk Recipe:
- 1 cup raw hazelnuts
- 4 cups water
Blend hazelnuts & water in a blender, for best results use a high speed blender like a Vitamix. Strain through a nut milk bag.
Reserve hazelnut pulp to make these truffles.
I like to keep my hazelnut milk in a mason jar in the fridge, then use a cup at a time to make these drinks:
Vanilla Hazelnut Milk:
- 1 cup hazelnut milk
- 1 vanilla bean, or 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1-2 medjool dates
- or 1 TBS maple syrup or honey
- small pinch sea salt
- ice
Blend ingredients together, add ice to make it more milk shake like.

Chocolate Hazelnut Milkshake:
- 1 cup hazelnut milk
- 1 heaping TBS raw cacao powder
- 2 medjool dates
- ice cubes
Blend ingredients together, add in ice as needed to make a thick milkshake! I love this drink!
