Once you feast your lips on a tall glass of this silky smooth raw pumpkin smoothie, you will decide that fall is without a doubt your favorite season!
Raw Vegan Deliciousness
- 1 cup chopped/cubed raw peeled & seeded “Pie” Pumpkin ( pie pumpkin are small & sweet)
- 1 cup raw hazelnut milk (can also use your favorite nut/seed milk)
- 2 medjool dates
- 1 T. maple syrup
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, clove)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger root
- 1 T. chia seeds
- 1/3 cup water
- 5 large ice cubes
*optional: 1 banana (instead of chia seeds & 1/3 cup water)
Add all ingredients (except ice) to a high speed blender. Puree until well blended, smooth & silky. Add in ice cubes. Blend. Serve.
