“Raw Taste of Italy” Plate this Sunday, August 23, 2012 at the Italy in the Valley Wine Festival at Cana’s Feast Winery (my day job is the office manger there). I will also be serving up Almond Pate w/Cucumbers & Olives, and 3 Layer Raw Chocolate Mint Bars. Come and join me & enjoy some Oregon made Italian Wines with some raw Oregon Grown Foods!

So excited to announce we have SOLD OUT the upcoming Betty RAWker dinner at J Wrigley Winery! I am really looking forward to this upcoming event! Thank you to everyone who has RSVP’d to come out and enjoy the evening with us!!

Menu to include: Curried Butternut Squash Soup w/ Hazelnut Creme, Oregon Mushroom-Walnut Loaf w/ Shitake Gravy, Carrot/Apricot Chutney, Cranberry & Shaved Fennel Salad, & Fresh off the Tree Rawpple Pie w/ Walnut Ice Cream.
