The December Swap was a huge Success & So Much Fun!

Here is a small sample plate of just some of the goodies that were available at the December 2nd Swap at the West Valley Community Campus in Willamina, OR!

Raw Fermented Kimchi, lemons grown in Grand Ronde Oregon, Sprouts, Indian Pickled Veggies, Home canned Tuna, and Fermented Horseradish!

I also came home with Homemade Lip Balm, 2 Amazing Tea Blends, Local Honey, Riesling Jelly, Homemade Applesauce, and 2 Flavors of Kombucha!

There was also swapping of homegrown Kale, Water & Milk Kefirs, Roasted Hazelnuts, Raw Hazelnut Milk, Raw Cacao Hazelnut Truffles, Fermented & Pickled Beets, Grass Fed Beef Broth, Kahlua, Blackberry Cordial, Spiced Nuts, Dried Fruit Blends, Spicy Salsa, & Home Cured Olives! Lots & Lots of Great Swapping Going on!!

Talk about homemade treasures!!

Join us for the Next Yamhill Valley Food Swap!

Our Next Food Swap is on St. Patty’s Day, Sunday, March 17th, 2013, from 4pm to 6pm at the Bella Vie Birth Center Classroom in Hopewell. We are open to any venues in Yamhill County, so if you know of a community space that can host around 40 people, let us know! Anywhere from Willamina, to McMinnville & Newberg areas!
